Dear Bobby --
JB Pritzker is moving hard on the biggest gun control bill we’ve seen here in Illinois in a LONG time -- and it’s picking up steam fast.
Dozens
of lawmakers have already signed on as cosponsors, with most of them
added in just the last two weeks. This isn’t some symbolic stunt -- this
is real, and it’s happening right now.
The
bill is House Bill 3320, and it’s an all-out assault on the Second
Amendment, the firearms industry, and every firearms dealer in the
state.
👉👉 HB-3320 would obliterate gun rights in Illinois!
Here is what the bill does:
➡ Forces gun manufacturers to pay a new “license fee” to the State of Illinois -- with no cap.
The amount would be equal to the cost of mythical ‘gun violence’ statewide, roughly $800 million in year one and increasing each year. Manufacturers who don’t pay would be hit with $1 million fines every single month.
➡ Makes it a crime for FFLs to sell firearms from any manufacturer that doesn’t pay this new license fee.
This section is designed to basically end all firearms sales in Illinois. Dealers who disobey would face $10,000 fines per transaction.
➡ Creates a massive slush fund for Springfield bureaucrats and anti-gun activists to manage.
While this bill is a direct attack on the 2nd Amendment, it’s really a massive wealth transfer to the pink haired commies that work in the Pritzker Admin.
➡ And worst of all, it would let violent criminals who get shot during their crimes collect this money -- covering “lost wages,” relocation, medical care, pain and suffering, even funeral costs!
Imagine two pieces of trash drug dealers getting into a shootout in Joliet over ‘territory.’ They both get shot, but don’t die. They would both get $$$ under this stupid bill!
This is pure insanity.
It would reward violent criminals, punish law-abiding citizens, bankrupt manufacturers, and destroy the firearms industry in Illinois.
And it’s happening right now!
That’s why the Illinois Firearms Association has launched an emergency statewide mobilization program to FLOOD Springfield with petitions opposing HB-3320 before it advances any further.
SIGN THE PETITION!
Together, we can stop HB-3320, expose every lawmaker supporting it, and defend our right to keep and bear arms here in Illinois.
For Illinois,

Aaron Dorr
Executive Director
Illinois Firearms Association
P.S. HB-3320 isn’t hypothetical anymore -- it has dozens of cosponsors and could move fast once session reconvenes. We can’t let this insanity pass.
