In 2006, 73% of Democrats surveyed believed the high gas prices were affected by Bush.
In 2013, 33% of Democrats surveyed believed the high gas prices are affected by Obama.
Guess this means that in 2013, 67% of Democrats still believe that high gas prices are affected by Bush.
