• There was this billionaire who was a candidate for the Governor of a State.  
• This same billionaire used questionable methods to reduce his own taxes, which BTW was public knowledge.
• This same billionaire campaigned on a platform to increase taxes for all the citizens.
• This same billionaire was elected to office.

The Democrats are trying to convince you that the Republicans are going to take away our Social Security.  Well.....put this in your pipe and smoke it:

Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent ‘Trust Fund’ and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it?
A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democratically controlled House and Senate.

Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?
A: The Democratic Party.

Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?
A: The Democratic Party, with Al Gore casting the ‘tie-breaking’ deciding vote as President of the Senate.

Q: Which Political Party decided to start handing out annuity payments to immigrants, completely ignoring the fact that not a dime had been paid into it?
A: That’s right, you are beginning to catch on! Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. 

*  As originally established under the FDR Administration, the annuity payments received by retirees would never be taxed.  Sadly, those Democrats no longer exist.

*  Thanks to Clinton and Gore, up to 85% of your Social Security annuity payments can be taxed as income.

In summation:  The worst part is that millions of uninformed Americans blindly swallow all the mancow feces being fed to them by the democrats and their legion.
